These earrings are composed of hand painted and hand rolled paper beads.
The paper is hand painted in shades of purple, green, and blue with subtle hints of metallic gold. Once the paint has cured, the paper is cut into long strips and then rolled into these gorgeous beads. Later, they are glazed with many coats of a water-based, non-toxic clear acrylic.
The earrings dangle approximately 1.25 inches from the bottom of the stainless steel earwires.
