Story Behind the Drawing

This gray squirrel lives in the Nutwood (a neighborhood of squirrels hidden in the Northeast Americas), where he holds a very important job as a Forager. Foragers have two main responsibilities. One is watching over nuts as they grow prior to Harvest. The second is collecting those nuts once the leaves turn to gold. This particular Forager is checking on a traditional crop of Acorns.
