Nora’s Creative Compass isn’t only for artisans — it’s for anyone who wants to keep magic alive in everyday life.
It reads like a gentle map back to wonder, to the sacred rhythm of creating as a reflection of the divine.
In her words, craft becomes prayer, beauty becomes devotion. Llife itself becomes an act of creation, a way of walking through the world with care, colour and reverence.
“I had a really wild imagination. I loved fairy tales and myths, and could spend entire afternoons outside or drawing, weaving my own stories again and again.
I was fascinated by costumes and colourful characters. Some of my happiest memories are from ballet performances where my father played in the orchestra. I was never interested in blending in; I suppose that made me a bit of a strange person and a loner at school.
Art, music and craftsmanship were part of our family language. My aunt Aninka, a goldsmith, was one of my biggest inspirations; her spirit still feels close when I work.”

What is
ENAMELING
Enamelling is the meeting of glass, metal and fire..a slow conversation between fragility and strength.
Each layer is fused in the kiln, transformed by heat into light and depth.
For Nora, it’s not just a technique, but a meditation on change, a way of listening to what wants to emerge, one breath, one flame, one colour at a time..
